The Blue Lagoon

The town of Winfield, some 50 miles from St.Louis in Missouri, has cast their votes in favor of a dead mayor, weeks after he died of a heart attack. Voting had already begun when he died and results could not be stopped. The popular mayor was reelected after his death for another two-year term.
